Case Study: InfoFlex Web Portal at East Kent Hospices

Chameleon Information Management Services (CIMS) have been developing the InfoFlex Web Portal in conjunction with St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham and Pilgrims hospices in East Kent as a solution to a number of issues involving remote data entry and portability with regard to inpatient and community palliative care. The Web Portal combines InfoFlex’s easy configurability with a more manageable user interface and coincides with developments in computer and mobile technology. CIMS’ innovation allows St Christopher’s and Pilgrims to continue to provide quality end-of-life care and support to their patients.

South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Case Study

South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust implemented the InfoFlex product supplied by Chameleon Information Management Services Ltd (CIMS) seven years ago as a solution to support their PAS for clinical handover in compliance with the European Working Time Directive (EWTD). Since going live, InfoFlex has been incorporated into numerous clinical specialities across the Trust, all with their own specialised design. Clinicians from different departments have endorsed InfoFlex as a system that improves clinical administrative efficiency, advances interoperability, facilitates the Trust’s IT strategy and ultimately saves time, money and improves patient care.
