CIMS releases new Bed Manager module
The InfoFlex Bed Manager module has been launched to help Trusts manage their hospital wards. The application adds to the growing list of InfoFlex modules launched to provide our customers with a full clinical management tool for their healthcare environment.
Some of the features of the InfoFlex Bed Manager include: current state of bed occupancy within individual wards, history of bed occupancy, ward-specific waiting lists, drag and drop from waiting list to bed, discharge and update relevant data items, pictorial representation of occupied and available beds.
Wards and their associated bays and bed layouts are displayed visually to give an immediate overview. The InfoFlex Bed Manager allows patients to be assigned to available beds from waiting lists with the patient’s current status always available. Patients are drawn from InfoFlex data views, and data can be edited in the Bed Manager and updated in the associated InfoFlex data view.
