Torbay Hospital’s PSA Tracker project transforms care
South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust – Torbay Hospital has transformed their outpatient care services for Prostate Cancer (PCa) patients by implementing the PSA Tracker system using the InfoFlex platform from healthcare IT supplier Chameleon Information Management Services Ltd (CIMS).

CIMS releases InfoFlex COSD solution
February 2013, London, UK – The National Cancer Intelligence Network (NCIN) in conjunction with the Site Specific Clinical Reference Groups have developed the Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) as the new national standard for reporting cancer in the NHS in England. The COSD replaces the current National Cancer Dataset and will roll out in three phases, the first of which came into effect at the start of January 2013, followed by phase 2 due to be implemented at the start of July 2013 with the final phase completed by January 2014.

UK IBD Registry awarded to CIMS
CIMS are pleased to announce a contract with the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) for the UK IBD Registry, Web Portal and the Patient Management System after a comprehensive tender process. The CIMS solution will be available throughout the UK for all sites that treat IBD patients.

InfoFlex provides key management data to Sheffield dietitians
The InfoFlex system developed by Home enteral feeding (HEF) dietitians in Sheffield has recently been praised in a British Dietetic Association publication. The "PENlines" newsletter includes a feature on the Sheffield Home Enteral Feed Dietetic Service which supports patients in their homes and uses InfoFlex to record its activity and provide valuable management data.
