Web Data Entry
InfoFlex Web Data Entry is a simplified data entry interface through a web browser. It allows users to view, add and edit data over the internet, without needing InfoFlex software to be installed on the PC. Users can view and amend data in any Data Views they have been given permission to, and add new events. Users can also view generated patient documents from Data Views they have been given permission to view.
Module Features
- Data View Selection
- Users can select from the list of data views available to them. Data views can be created specifically for use with Web Data Entry.
- Subject Search
- Users can search all subjects in the data view, or a query can be applied to the user definition to limit the user’s search to a certain set of subjects.
- Viewing data
- The full subject overview is available to view. All generated events and documents can be viewed.
- Editing data
- Existing events can be edited and new events can be added to a subject overview.
- Functionality
- All data validation rules are applied and a slimmed down range of functionality relevant for web data entry is available.
- Web Data Entry Add-In
- The Web Data Entry Add-In is used to create Web Data Entry User Definitions. These control which data views and subjects users have access to.
